winpkr14 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the player's typical activity. This is not intended to delay payments unnecessarily — it is a standard security procedure.
Funds deposited on the platform must be used for gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without any gaming activity may be declined as it may indicate an attempt to use the platform as a payment processor.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on PKR 1,000 means you must place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus converts to real withdrawable funds.
Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The Promotions page for each offer specifies which game categories count and at what percentage. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Some slot games contribute at reduced rates. Live Casino and Fish Games contribution rates are stated per promotion.
Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically along with any winnings derived from them. Validity periods are clearly stated on each promotion.
One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. You cannot claim a new bonus while a previous one is still pending wagering completion.
winpkr14 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Promotions are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review or with outstanding verification requirements may have bonus eligibility suspended until verification is complete.
All bets placed on winpkr14 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, Football, Esports or any other market — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirmation. Errors made by the player after the bet is confirmed cannot be reversed.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. Maximum limits vary by event type — major PSL and international cricket matches carry higher maximum stakes than niche markets. VIP tier members may be eligible for increased limits as part of their tier benefits.
In-play (live) bets are subject to network latency. winpkr14 operates with a short delay on live markets to protect the integrity of in-play pricing. Bets placed after a significant in-play event (such as a wicket in cricket or a goal in football) may be voided if the odds were not yet updated to reflect that event at the time of placement.
Results for sports bets are determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, ESL/BLAST for Esports etc.). In the event of a match being suspended, abandoned or decided under dispute, specific settlement rules for that market type apply as described in the Sports Betting rules within the platform.
Casino and Fish Games outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. winpkr14 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
winpkr14 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

winpkr14 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, prolonged inactivity or a player's own request.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided. Genuine real-money deposits may be returned at winpkr14's discretion following investigation.
Player-requested closure: If you wish to close your account voluntarily — including as a responsible gaming measure — contact support through live chat or email. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion request will be closed promptly and will not be reopened during the exclusion period.
Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winpkr14 will attempt to notify you before applying any dormancy fees. Any applicable dormancy fee structure will be communicated clearly at the time of notification.
